On a sunny autumn weekend, a group of 12 Nanjing KEWO team members gathered at a cozy cultural studio for a special team building workshop themed "Creativity & Collaboration". Unlike traditional team activities, this workshop focused on hands-on creation to strengthen mutual understanding and teamwork spirit.
The event kicked off with an ice-breaking game where everyone introduced themselves through "object stories"—sharing a small item they brought and the memories behind it. Laughter filled the room as colleagues learned about each other’s hobbies and life moments beyond work. Following that, the core activity began: collaborative wooden puzzle making. Divided into two teams, members needed to communicate closely to assemble a large puzzle with Kewo’s brand elements. During the process, they discussed strategies, complemented each other’s strengths, and even helped the other team when they encountered difficulties.
In the afternoon, the team switched to a more relaxing session—handmade scented candle making. Each person created a unique candle with their favorite scents and designs, and exchanged their works as gifts. "This workshop made me feel the warmth of Kewo’s team more," said one team member. "Working together on small creative projects let us see different sides of each other, which will definitely help us cooperate better at work."
